Tuna Patty

4 servings — 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 cans tuna, drained

  • ½ cup corn meal

  • 2 eggs

  • Additional spices, as desired

  • Lemon to taste

  • Tartar sauce

Directions:

  1. Add tuna, corn meal, and egg to mixing bowl. Add additional spices as desired.

  2. Mix well.

  3. Mold into a patty shape.

  4. Fry in pan over medium heat for 3-5 minutes a side, until golden brown.

  5. Serve warm.

  6. Top with lemon juice and tartar sauce if desired.
