Tuna Patty

Ingredients:
3 cans tuna, drained
½ cup corn meal
2 eggs
Additional spices, as desired
Lemon to taste
Tartar sauce
Directions:
Add tuna, corn meal, and egg to mixing bowl. Add additional spices as desired.
Mix well.
Mold into a patty shape.
Fry in pan over medium heat for 3-5 minutes a side, until golden brown.
Serve warm.
Top with lemon juice and tartar sauce if desired.
